Florence Black Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Who Can Use the Referral Program
- Open to all active Loyalty Program members.
- Referees must be new customers with no prior purchases or existing accounts.
- Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
2. How the Referral Program Works
For the Referrer:
Earn 500 Loyalty Points when your referral:
- Creates a Loyalty account
- Completes their first qualifying purchase
For the Referee:
Earn 250 Loyalty Points after signing up and completing their first qualifying purchase.
Points for both parties will only be awarded after the referee’s first purchase is confirmed and the 21-day return period has passed.
3. Limits & Restrictions
- One referral reward per referee.
- Self-referrals, alternate accounts, or email addresses are prohibited.
- Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for gift cards or discounts.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Referral points are subject to all Loyalty Program rules.
4. Fraud Prevention
- Referrals must have unique email addresses, payment methods, and delivery addresses.
- Orders deemed fraudulent or returned in full will void associated referral rewards.
- Florence Black reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards for suspected abuse or misuse.
5. Data Handling

Friends’ information is only used to process the referral and improve program experience.
6. Changes to the Referral Program
- Florence Black may amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
- Changes do not affect rewards already earned under terms active at the time of referral.
