SHIPPING

The below are guidelines for Florence Black garments only. For any other brands we work in collaboration with, please find guidelines at the bottom of this page.

All shipping is sent out tracked and signed for.

Shipping is available worldwide at the following rates:

UK Mainland 1st Class (1-3 working days): Free

Europe Mainland Standard (2-5 days): €9 (Or Free If Over 150)

USA & Canada Express (1-3 days): $15 (Or Free If Over $200)

Rest (Worldwide) (2-5days): £20 (Or Free if Over £300)

NOT ON OUR SHIPPING LIST? Some countries we don’t offer our standard flat rate but instead will give quotes depending on order size. If you fall into this category – please message us at customerservice@florenceblack.co.uk for a quote.

DISCLAIMER: All items are sent express, so typically you will receive the parcel at the lower end of the above ‘guideline’ shipping times. However, sometimes parcels can be delayed and take longer, in this case please contact us and we will advise where we can.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Florence Black fully cover taxes & duties for the following countries.

  • UK
  • EU

Further to this, Florence Black covers duties but not taxes to the following countries.

  • Norway
  • Switzerland
  • Japan
  • Canada

If you have had any issues with your shipment with regards to taxes and duties and you are a recipient from one of these countries. Please reach out to customerservice@florenceblack.co.uk

 

REST OF WORLD

Any customers outside of the EU taxes will be calculated as per usual, so you, the customer, are liable to pay for.

 

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

When purchasing from Florence Black, the order is a binding agreement between us (Florence Black) & you (customer) of which the delivery must be delivered and accepted/signed by the individual who's name is on the order, and at the address placed on the order & only that address.

As per parcel delivery rights, Florence Black, and consequently the shipping company, will not be liable for any missing/damaged/stolen items that either:

1. Are signed for by anyone other than yourself.

2. Has been requested to be 'left in a safe place' 

By allowing another individual to sign for your parcel, or requesting the parcel to be left in a safe place, you waive any rights to be able to against Florence Black, and you must contact the delivery company for any potential standard reimbursement they may wish to give you.

 

DAMAGED, MISSING & STOLEN ITEMS

In the unlikely event a shipment is either damaged in transit, missing or stolen, & as long as the rules under the 'Contractual Agreement' section of this Shipping policy have been adhered to, the customer must reach out to the customer service team within 3 days of receiving damaged items/receiving a delivery confirmed email albeit missing/stolen.

An investigation will take place but please be advised this may take up to 2 months to resolve due to the time taken for shipment companies to investigate & communicate with us (Florence Black).

To note: Our timelines above are dictated by shipping company policies, and not by Florence Black. We will always endeavour to resolve any issue as quickly & hassle free as possible.


ROUTE PACKAGE INSURANCE

GENERAL COLLABORATIONS

Florence Black are working with various brands under collaboration and has written these guidelines as a basis to understand slight changes of operation when purchasing any product that is not directly a Florence Black product.

 

ORDERS & SHIPPING

In the event that multiple items from different brands are placed under the same order, dependent on distribution channels, some orders might be shipped from multiple destinations. Of which, multiple tracking codes will be given, and in some cases, may incur multiple shipment charges if certain 'free shipping' thresholds are not met.
