Quarterly Draw — Terms

Eligibility. Anyone who submits a genuine product review with Florence Black during the calendar quarter is automatically entered. One entry per person per quarter, regardless of how many reviews are submitted.

No purchase necessary. To enter without leaving a review or making a purchase, email customerservice@florenceblack.co.uk with your name and postcode before the quarter ends, stating you'd like to enter the draw.

The prize. One winner is chosen at random after each quarter closes. The prize is one item from our current collection, of the winner's choosing, up to £300 in value.

Winner selection and contact. The winner is selected at random from all valid entries and contacted directly using the details provided. If we're unable to reach the winner within a reasonable time, we may select an alternate winner.

Announcement. With the winner's consent, we may share their name, photo, and review as part of our Life of London series and other marketing. Winners may decline this and still receive their prize.

General. Open to customers of Florence Black aged 18 or over. Florence Black's decision on the winner is final. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
