SHIPPING

All shipping is sent out tracked and signed for.

Shipping is available worldwide at the following rates:

UK Mainland 1st Class (1-3 working days): £3 (Or Free If Over £70)

Europe Mainland (2-5 days): £10 (Or Free If Over £150)

Rest (Worldwide)  (Incl NI) (2-10 days): £20 (Or Free if Over £300)

NOTE: Taiwan, Northern Ireland, Jersey & Island of Man falls under ‘Worldwide Shipping’ due to high shipping costs.

DISCLAIMER: All items are sent express, so typically you will receive the parcel at the lower end of the above ‘guideline’ shipping times. However, sometimes parcels can be delayed and take longer, in this case please contact us and we will advise where we can. Parcels sent outside of the UK can be subject to customs charges, of which ‘you’ the ‘customer’ are responsible for. However, the EU and the following countries have a trade agreement with the UK which means ‘Zero Duties or Customs’:

  • EU
  • Norway
  • Switzerland
  • Japan
  • Canada

All the above countries are a zero tariff meaning that the customer, you, should be zero duties or customs charges, as long as Florence Black provide sufficient evidence of ‘Proof of Origin’. We are a 100% UK made brand so we qualify for this relief.

The only cost that might incur to the above is the couriers ‘administration/handling fees’, of which you, the customer, are liable to pay for.

We will also be paying the import taxes on behalf of European customers, any customers outside of the EU taxes will be calculated as per usual, so you, the customer, are liable to pay for.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted 14 days from the received date. Item must be returned in sale condition received, including tags and packaging. Item must be unworn and undamaged. Return Postage will only be refunded if item is damaged or faulty.

All sale items are non-returnable. Loyalty Tier members whose first order is from our sale cannot return items for free, as this sale rule overrides the Membership Loyalty Tier reward.

DISCLAIMER: All items condition are processed through quality control before dispatch to ensure no damage or faults.

 

UK RETURNS:
All UK shipments will now come with a pre-paid returns label. Please contact us if this has been lost & we can arrange a replacement to send to you. 

 

EU & REST OF WORLD RETURNS:

All of our EU & Rest of World returns are now fully automated via our returns portal.
