I was sent the wrong shirt. A cheaper one. Similar but short sleeved. I like the shirt and its too much bother to send it back, so I’ll keep it. But getting a refund on the difference would be even more difficult.

First of all thank you so much for the quick service to get the Theo sweater before my birthday. I was panicking it would not get to me on time and would have to think of another outfit. But FB delivered and want to thank the customer service team and the whole of FB. The sweater is amazing and the fit is great. I got so much compliments when I wore it on my birthday. The Theo sweater is must have in your wardrobe. Cnt wait to get another colour.
First off, these are amazing. Fit and materials are superb and I have no complaints there.
However, not notifying buyers at any point during the purchasing process of not paying fees (despite a prior order having no issues, despite being ordered after tariffs went into place) beyond a small part in the FAQ (which really does not answer much) seems very scummy. The US is a hot mess right now with tariffs, but I can not in good conscious recommend anyone buy any products from this brand if they are in US until either Tariffs are fixed or they let customers know upon purchase that they will have to pay import duties, potentially costing over $50 USD for two items.
I hope I can change this review to 5 stars because again, the product is incredible.
