HOW DOES IT WORK?
As part of our Loyalty Program, you'll earn 1 point for every 1 GBP spent. The more points you have, the higher your Tier and the more fantastic rewards you'll receive. Once you hit a Tier, you'll get to enjoy the benefits of that Tier for a whole year.* You'll also receive bonus points, such as when you first sign up or on your birthday. As loyal customers, we'll backdate your previous orders. There are four Tiers in total: Membership, Bronze, Silver & Gold. You can see a breakdown of these below. For those who are interested, you can also earn extra points through our Referral Program, once you hit Bronze Tier. 2. Follow the guide that is emailed to you to download our app. Our app makes it nice and easy to receive points and reward updates, tailored to you.
3. Set up the app with your personal details. These will be used in relation to Florence Black and our products and services only, and help us celebrate things like your birthday!
4. Shop online to earn loyalty points.
5. Level up through our Tiers with your loyalty points to earn discounts, access to secret sales, free shipping and returns, special gifts and events, personalised pieces and more!

WAYS TO EARN POINTS
SHOPPING ONLINE & AT POP-UPS
The best way to earn points is by shopping online at Florence Black and at one of our special events or pop-ups. If you've shopped with us before, we'll backdate your points on qualifying orders.
DOUBLE POINTS DAYS
For Silver Tier and above, we'll hold Double Points Days, where you can earn double points on selected items. This will go a long way to getting you to your next Tier!
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Many of you recommend us to family and friends, and for this we want to thank you! For those who are Bronze Tier and above, you can sign up to our Referral Program and earn bonus points for each referee who completes a purchase. To find out more, click here.
